Recently returned from Retrospeed's 2012 Iron butt ride through the Midwest, the K100 still tours like a champ. Riding behind BMW's full fairing and the extra-tall Parabellum windshield we've fit is so well protected, you could shuffle a deck of cards*. The Throttlemeister cruise control gives you a free hand to do it. A Corbin dual-tour saddle and the factory heated grips keep riders comfortable, and locking side and top cases organize stowage effortlessly. A full motorcycle tune up has been performed. All Motometer gauge updates were performed leaving the instruments flawless. New front and rear tires have been fit, and new steering head bearings were installed along with new fork seals and oil.
